RESOLUTION NO. 63-,1J: VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, omo
RESOLUTION PRESCRIBING METHOD OF PUBLICA TION OF
ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS, STATEMENTS, ORDERS,
PROCLAMATIONS, NOTICES AND REPORTS; DETERMINING
FIVE OF THE MOST PUBLIC PLACES IN THE VILLAGE; AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
I BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
, Ohio, /, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the publication of ordinances, resolutions,
statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law
or ordinance to be published shall be published by posting copies thereof
in five of the most public places in the Village as hereinadetermined and
prescribed.
SECTION 2. That the posting referred to in Section 1 shall be in
the following prescribed places which are hereby determined to be five of the
most public places in the Village:
1. Dublin Food Market;
I 2. DUbl~n Barber Shop;
3. Dubl1n T. V.;
4. Dublin Library; and
5. Dublin Municipal Building.
SECTION 3. That this resolution supercedes Resolution No. 12-70.
SECTION 4. That this resolution be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an, emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and sarety for the reason that a
method of publication of ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders,
proclamations, notices and reports is presently needed to protect the peace,
health and safety of the residents of the Village; and that this resolution shal
I take effect and be in force immediately upon its pas~
