RESOLUTION NO. 01-1/ , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio, e of the members elected thereto concurring:

shall be held on the proposed amendment of Ordinance No. 21-70, known as
the Zoning Code of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, creating a new zoning district
to be known as the "Central Community Commercial District", extending
the jurisdiction of the Architectural Board to territory located within the
"Central Community Commercial District", providing for a change in zoning
of certain territory from "Community Commercialll to "Central Community
Commercial", and amending the zoning district map.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to give

notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in

" the Village of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said

SECTION 3. That the text of said Ordinance, together with the map
which is attached thereto and which forms a part of the ordinance, and the

Ii report of the Planning Commission be filed for public examination in the
office of the Village Clerk, and that it be and remain available for public
examination until the public hearing is held thereon.
