I RESOLUTION NO. ol-7/, VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO

I A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE
i REGIONAL PLAN AS CER TIFIED TO THE VILLAGE
PLANNING COMMISSION BY THE MID-OHIO
REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION AS A CONCEPT
FOR THE ORDERLY GROWTH OF THE VILLAGE.
CJ WHEREAS, the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission has
created the Regional Comprehensive Plan in accordance with Section 713.23
of the Ohio Revised Code and,
WHEREAS, a complete copy of the Regional Comprehensive Plan
has been certified to the Planning Commis sion of each municipal
corporation in the Region and to the Board of Commissioners of Franklin
County in accordance with Section 713.24 of the Ohio Revised Code and,
WHEREAS, a formal presentation of the Comprehensive Plan
was made to the Village of Dublin by the staff of the Mid Ohio Regional
Planning Commission, and
OJ WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Planning Commission and of
Council of the Village of Dublin to adopt the concept of the Comprehensive
Plan as a set of guidelines to be used in cases where there is no conflict
with local regulations;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, Ohio S- of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1.
That the Comprehensive Regional Plan a.s certified by the
Regional Planning Commission to the Village of Dublin, be, and it hereby
is, adopted as a concept for the orderly growth of the region.
SEC TION 2.
10 That this resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
