RESOLUTION NO, J 1- '70 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of

That on the 21 st day of December, 1970, at 8:00 P. M. at the
Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed
rezoning of the following described land from Rural to Community
Commercial and Limited Industrial as indicated:
TO COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL
Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of Dublin and
bounded and described as follows.
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Avery Road, said
point being the northeast corner of the William E. & Peggy
0 A. Pethtel 5,46 acre tract (D.B. 2131, p, 371) and the
southeast corner of the Dodge Irelan, Inc. 7. 53 acre tract
(D. B. 2807, P. 200);
Thence westerly along the south line of the Dodge Irelan
tract and the north line of the Pethtel tract 227.38 feet
to an angle point in said line;
Thence continuing Westerly along the southerly line of
said Dodge Irelan tract 276, 03 feet to a point at the
southwe sterly corner of said 7. 53 acre tract;
Thence northerly along the easterly line of the Dodge Irelan
6. 604 Acre tract (D. B. 2827, p. 234) 538. 26 feet to the
center line of Shier-Rings Road;
Thence easterly along the centerline of Shier-Rings Rd.
493. 99 feet to the inter section of Shier-Rings Rd. &
Avery Rd.
Thence southerly along the centerline of Avery Road 640.76
feet to the place of beginning containing 7. 53 acres.

Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of Dublin and
bounded and described as follows.
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Shier-Rings Road
which is 493. 99 feet west of the inter sect ion of Shier-
Rings Rd. and Avery Rd. and also in the northwest corner
of the Dodge-Irelan, Inc, 7.53 acre tract (D. B. 2807, p.
200) and the northeast corner of the Dodge-Irelan, Inc. 6.604

That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of said
hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village
of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing
and by first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to
and directly across the street from the above-described property at the
addresses of such owners appearing on the county auditor's current tax
n list or the treasurer's mailing list to be sent at least twenty (20) days
