RESOLUTION NO. /7., 10 VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PRICE TO BE CHARGED FOR COPIES
OF THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAPS OF THE VILLAGE
OF DUBLIN, OHIO
[j BE IT RESOLVED by Council of tbe Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
fa of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Clerk Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to collect $7. 50 for each copy of the Zoning Code
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, distributed to the public.
SECTION 2. That the Clerk Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to collect $2,50 for each copy of the Zoning Map
of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, distributed to the public.
SECTION 3. That the Clerk Treasurer shall deposit all monies
received from the sale of copies of the Zoning Code and Zoning Map of
0.',. the Village of Dublin, Ohio, with the Village depository to the credit of

SEC TION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law,
