A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO SERVE
IN AN UNEXPIRED TERM ON THE PERSONNEL
BOARD OF REVIEW
WHEREAS, Council has identified a citizen who is willing to serve in an unexpired
term on the Personnel Board of Review; and
WHEREAS, this unexpired term continues until March 31, 2013.
NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Gary Joseph is hereby appointed to the unexpired term on the
Personnel Board of Review of Nicholas Rozanski, who died in action in Afghanistan
on April 4, 2012 while serving as a Captain in the Army National Guard. This term
continues until March 31, 2013.
Section 2. The member appointed herein shall serve until a successor is appointed
or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 4. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
