OHIO:
Section 1. Be it hereby resolved that a uniform gas rate commensurate
with the rate for the City of, Columbus be established.
Section 2.' Be it hereby resolved that copies of this resolution be
forwarded to Columbia Gas of Ohio, Inc.
Section 3. Be it. hereby resolved that this resolution shall take
, effect'andbe in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
