RESOLUTION NO. Jl,1 Q VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
A RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO
IMPROVEMENTS OF FRANTZ ROAD AND RINGS ROAD BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PLANS
WHEREAS, plans for the improvement of Frantz Road and Rings Road were

the Village of Dublin; and
WHEREAS. a portIon of the Frantz Road and Rings Road improvements are
within the corporate limits of the Village of Dublin;
NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the Village ofDubIin,
State of Ohio ..5' of the members elected thereto concuring:
SECTION 1: That the consent of the Village of Dublin be, and such consent is hereby
given to the Board of County Commissioners of Franklin County, Ohio, to construct
at no cost to the Village of Dublin, the above Frantz Road and Rings Road improvements
r:in accordance with the plans, specifications and estimates prepared by the Franklin
\jCounty Engineer.
SECTION 11: That the above mentioned plans for the improvements of Frantz Road
and Rings Road be approved and accepted.
SECTION 111: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to sign said plans.
