RESOLUTION NO. '1..-1 0 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
r; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Village of Dublin.
Ohio. has certified to Council a plan for dividing the Village into zones and

districts in the interest of the public health. safety. convenience. comfort.
prosperity and general welfare. for the limitation and regulation of the height.
bulk and location. including percentage of lot occupancy. set back building
lines. and area and dimensions of yards. courts. and other open spaces. and
the uses of buildings and other structures and of premises in such zones or
districts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the
Village of Dublin. State of Ohio. C of the members elected thereto
concurring:
r SECTION 1:
... That on the n day of July. 1970. at 8:00 P. M. at the Village
Municipal Building a public hearing shall be held on the proposed plan for
dividing the Village into zones and districts in the interest of the public health.
safety. convenience. comfort. prosperity and general welfare. for the
limitation and regulation of the height. bulk and location. including percentage
of lot occupancy. set back building lines. and area and dimensions of yards.
courts. and other open spaces. and the uses of buildings and other structures
and of premises in such zones or districts. as certified to Council by the
Planning Commission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. in the form of a proposed
ordinance.
n SECTION 2:
\J That the Clerk be. and he hereby is. directed to give notice of
said public hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in
the Village of Dublin. Ohio. at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed
for said public hearing.

SECTION 3:
That the text of said ordinance together with the map which is
attached thereto and which forms a part of the ordinance and the certification
and report of the Planning Commission be filed for public examination in the
~ Office of the Village Clerk and that it be and remain available for public
<...J examination until the public hearing is held thereon.
