RESOLUTION NO. 071 () , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of
Ohio. j of the members elected thereto concurring:
r SECTION 1:

That on June 1, 1970, at 8:00 P. M. at the Village Municipal
Building. a public hearing shall be held on the proposed rezoning of the
following described land from Residential to Commercial District A:
Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, and the
Village of Dublin, and being Lot No. 132, as shown upon the
plat of the Town of Dublin as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page
199 of the Recorder's Office of Franklin County, Ohio.
The property is also known as 72 North High Street, Dublin,
Ohio.
SECTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of said
C............ hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village
. . of Dublin at least thirty (30) days prior to the date fixed for said hearing
and by first class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to
and directly across the street from the above-described property at the
addresses of such owners appearing on the county auditor's current tax list
or the treasurer's mailing list to be sent at least twenty (20) days prior to
the date fixed for said hearing.
