BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State

of Ohio~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1:
That the Mayor and Clerk- Treasurer be~ and they hereby are~
authorized to modify, according to the attached "Modification of Contract
Agreement"~ the contract for engineering services with Burgess & Niple,
Limited, Consulting Engineers of Columbus, Ohio.
SECTION 2:
That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.

Between the Village of Dublin, Ohio and Burgess & Niple,
Limited, 2015 West Fifth Avenue, Columbus, Ohio,
Consulting Engineers, to modify Contract for Engineering
Services.
This Modification of Contract Agreement made this /~ day of

and under the aut ority of Resolution No. Of- 7f) ,passedFEB 1/6
/ q 1 a , party of the first part, hereinafter designated
the "Village" and Burgess & Niple, Limited, Consulting Engineers, party of
the second part,. hereinafter designated the "Engineer".

WITNESSETH THAT:
~WHEREA~ the parties hereto did on December 1, 1969, under authority
of ic~~l~I~a No. A,J..- 6 r passed December 1, 1969 execute Contract for
engineering services. : .

\ NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter
set forth, it is mutually agreed as follows:

1. That the following subparagraph (11) be added to Section II, 3A
of the Contract.
(11) Comprehensive community planning services.
2. That Section III, subparagraph 4 be modified to include - Section
II subsection 3A(ll). , .
3. That the following subparagraph (7) be added to Section III. ,.
(7) For materials used in the preparation maps, plans, displays
and reports in connection with comprehensive community plan-
ning services [Section II subsection 3A(ll)], payment shall
be made monthly Oft the basis of actual cost to the engineers.
