SECTION 1:

That on .' 1 31968 , at 8: 00 P. M. at the Village
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed rezoning
of the following described land from Agricultural and Residential to Industrial:

Situated in the Village of Dublin, Township of Washington,
County of Franklin, State of Ohio: Being part of Survey
No. 2999, Virginia Military Lands, and being further
bounded and described as follows:
Being a 6 -acre tract out of the southeast corner of Wilcox
r: Road and U. S. Route 33 out of the remaining 40 acres
in the tract owned by Carol S. Kennedy, Trustee and
....' starting at a point where the center line of Wilcox Road
joins the south right-of-way line of U. S. 33; thence
easterly 660 feet along the south right-of-way line of
U. S. 33 to a point and south from said point parallel to
the center line of Wilcox Road a distance of 400 feet to
a point; thence westerly parallel to the south right-of-
way line of U. S. 33 a distance of 660 feet to a point in
the center line of Wilcox Road; thence northerly 400
feet along said center line to the point of beginning; said
4G-acre tract being bounded on the north by U. S. 33,
on the east by real estate owned by Hoosier Engineering,
on the south by Geese Road and on the west by Wilcox
Road.
SE CTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he hereby is directed to give notice of
said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village
r: of Dublin. at least 30 days prior to the date fixed for said hearing and by first
C../ class mail to the property owners within and contiguous to and directly across
the street from the above described property at the addresses of such owners
appearing on the county auditor's current tax list or the treasurer's mailing
list to be sent at least 20 days prior to the date fixed for said hearing.

WHEREAS, This Council in accordance with the prooisions of law has pr~iously adopted a
Tax Budget for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1st, 19_b_f.; and
WHEREAS, The Budget Commission of-----------------~~___County, Ohio, haa
certified its action thereon to this Council together with an estimate by the County Auditor
of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof" without, and
what part within the ten mill tax limitation; therefore be it ~

Ohio, that the amounts and rates, as detennined by the Budget Commission in its certification, be
and the same are hereby accepted; and be it further
RESOLVED, That there be and is hereby levied on the tax duplicate of said Village the rate
