REQUESTING THE CLERK TO FURNISH CERTIFICATE OF
MAXIMUM MATURITY OF BONDS
8 WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing Two Hundred Fifty-Two
Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($252,700) of bonds and notes for the purpose
of constructing a municipal waterworks system by the acquisition of real estate
or easements or other interests in real estate and the construction of water
lines, a booster station and appurtenances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
County of Franklin, State of Ohio:
Section 1. That the Clerk of the Village is hereby requested to
certify to the Council his estimate of the life of usefulness of the improvement
described above and the maximum maturity of bonds and notes to be issued therefor,
calculated in accordance with the provisions of Revised Code 133.20.
The maximum maturity shall be based upon the following allocation of
the amounts proposed to be expended for the several classes of improvements
included in said issues of bonds and notes:
8 a - $100 for real estate or interests in real estate- 30 years

b - $252,600 for waterworks - 40 years
Section 2. This resolution shall be in force and take effect immediately
upon its adoption.
