06-68 Resolution . 06-&8 RESOLUTION NO. REQUESTING THE CLERK TO FURNISH CERTIFICATE OF MAXIMUM MATURITY OF BONDS WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing Three Hundred Seventy-Six I Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($376,800) of bonds and notes for the purpose of constructing a municipal sewage collection system by the acquisition of real estate or easements or other interests in real estate, and the construction of sewer lines and appurtenances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, County of Franklin, State of Ohio: Section 1. That the Clerk of the Village is hereby requested to certify to the Council his estimate of the life of usefulness of the improve- ment described above and the maximum maturity of bonds and notes to be issued therefor, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Revised Code 133.20. The maximum maturity shall be based upon the following allocation of the amounts proposed to be expended for the several classes of improvements included in said issues of bonds and notes: a - $100.00 for real estate or interests in real estate - 30 years fi b - $376,700 for sewage system improvements - 40 years Section 2.
