RESOLUTION NO. 05 - 6 8 ,VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

. BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
~
state of Ohio, ~- of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1:
That on March 4, 1968, at 8:00 P.M. at the Village
Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed
rezoning of the following described land from Residential to
Commercial District A:
Situated in Quarter Township 2, Tbwnship 2 North, Range
19 West, United States Military Lands, in the Village of
DUblin, County of Franklin, state of Ohio: Being a
portion of Lot Number TWo (2) of a partition of the lands
of Chauncey McGurer as the said lot is numbered and de-
lineated upon the recorded plat thereof, of record in
r, '. Plat Book 12, Page 27, Recorder's Office, Franklin County,
'J! , Ohio, said Lot No. 2 having been conveyed to Samuel
~ McGurer by deed of record in Deed Book 1911, Page 34,
Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, bounded and
described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the intersection of the north line
of said Lot No. 2 with the new west right-of-way line of
Sawmill Road, said point being 55.00 feet left of station
85+56.77 in the centerline of construction of sawmill
Road, as shown upon sheet 11 of 23 of the Ohio Department
of Highways right-of-way plans for FRA-270-10.33 N, said
point also being N 860 29' 2511 W a distance of 66.16 feet
from the northeast corner of said Lot No.2;
thence S 30 DO' 22" W along the new west right-of-way
line of Sawmill Road a distance of 660 feet to a point;
thence N 860 29' 2511 W parallel with the north line of
said Lot No. 2 a distance of 660 feet to a point;
thence N 30 DO' 2211 E parallel with the new west right-of-
r'. ~ay line of sa~ill Roa~ a distance of 660 feet to a point
..... 1n the north 11ne of sa1d Lot No.2;
thence S S60 29' 2511 E along a portion of the north line
of said Lot No. 2 a distance of 660 feet to the place of
beginning~
containing 10.000 acres of land more or less and being
subject to all easements and restrictions of record.

notice of said hearing by publication in a newspaper of general i

for said hearing.
