RESOLUTION NO. ol-~R , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
II RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THERE IS NO REASONABLE LIKE-
II LIHOOD OF THE WATER FACILITIES PROJECT REFERRED TO IN
II THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND THE
VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, DATED APRIL 15 , 1947, OR ANY
€ II PORTION THBREOF AS PLANNED WITH A FEDERAL ADVANCE EVER
BEING PLACED UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND RESOLVING TO REQUEST
,I THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT TO MAKE A
I DETERMINATION THAT THE AGREEMENT, DATED APRIL 15 , 1947
BE TERMINATED AND THAT THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO BE
RELIEVED OF ALL LIABILITY THEREUNDER.
WHEREAS, the United States of America has heretofore made an
advance, pursuant to an agreement dated April 15, 1947 to the
Village of Dublin, Ohio in the amount of $1280.00 for the purpose
of plan preparation of the public work described in the agreement
as a "Water Facilities", and
WHEREAS, by the use of the Federal advance the Village of
Dublin, Ohio caused to be prepared plans and specifications for th
(. public work described in the aforesaid agreement, and
WHEREAS, no construction has been undertaken of the project
or any portion thereof described in the aforesaid agreement dated
as of the 15th day of April, 1947# and
WHEREAS; there is no reasonable likelihood of the planned
project or any portion thereof being undertaken because substantia
chang~s in community needs have taken place which makes construct-
ion of the public work no longer feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolvedrby the Council, Village of
Dublin, Ohio that as there is no reasonable likelihood of the pro-
rl ject or any portion thereof as planned with the Federal advance
'- ever being placed under construction for the reasons set forth

III above, the Secretary of Housing & Urban Development be requested

'I to make a determination that the agreement dated on the 15th day
Apr i 1, 1947 be terminated and that the Village of Dublin, Ohio be
relieved of all liability thereunder.
