RESOLUTION NO. . VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
I RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION
WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOR
A LOAN UNDER THE TERMS OF PUBLIC LAW 345, 84th
CONGRESS, APPROVED AUGUST 11, 1955, AS AMENDEP~
WHEREAS, under the terms of said Public Law 345, the U~ted States
of America has authorized the making of loans to public agencies to aid in
financing the construction of specific public projects:
NOW THEREFORE, BE'IT RESOLVED BY the Village of Dublin,
Ohio, Council:
1. That Mayor Jack W. Frambes be and he is hereby authorized to
execute and file an application on behalf of the Village of Dublin, Ohio
with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, United States
r Government, for a loan to aid in financing the construction of Sewage
Collection and Water Distribution Systems.
2. That said Jack W. Frambes be and he is hereby authorized to execute
and file an assurance of compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of
1964 on behalf of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, with the Department of
Housing and Urban Development, United States Government, in support of
the aforementioned application.

3. That ~na1d G. Rose, Solicitor of Village of Dublin, Ohio, be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the
Department of Housing and Urban Development may reasonably request in
.' connection with the application which is herein authorized to be filed.
