I BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Bublip,
State of Ohio:

SECTION I - That .JoS,eroJJ I

said Village, be and they are hereby appointed to act as an
assessment equalization board to hear and determine all timely
written objections to the estimated assessments heretofore
".., reported to this council of the cost of improving Monterey Drive I

I from Bridge Street south to the end of Monterey Drive by construct
ing a storm sewer from Bridge Street south approximately 200 feet
and a drainage ditch from said storm sewer to the end of Monterey
Drive, and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in
accordance with law and with Resolution No. 03-67, adopted by
this council on February 20, 1967.
SECTION II - The board shall first meet for the above
purpose at J Zq .3, H,(P~ S7'" , on the~day of

such equalization shall report such equalization assessment to
