SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council 'of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, .s- of the members elected thereto con~urring: I

SECTION 1: That on Jv. _ 1967, at 8 :00 P. M., a

public hearing shall be held at the Municipal Building, 129 S. High
Street, on the proposed rezoning from residential and agricultural to
industrial of a 17.648 acre tract located on Geese Road and belonging
to Carol S. Kennedy.
SECTION 2: That the Clerk be and he' is hereby directed to give notice
of said hearing as required by law.
