II INSPECTOR'S REFUSAL TO ISSUE BUILD-
I, IN G PERMIT.

:i WHEREAS, Mr. Don Eberly has appealed to council the refusal of
the Village Building Inspector to issue a building permit for the construction
of a dwelling on certain property owned by Mr. Eberly located on Riverview
Street within the village; and
I WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that the ordinances of the
i village require the building inspector to refuse to issue the said building per-
I mit.
I NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village
i of Dublin, State of Ohio, 4 of the members elected thereto con-
I curring:
That the appeal of Mr. Don Eberly from the refusal of the building
inspector to issue a building permit for the construction of a dwelling on Mr.
Eberly's property located on Rwerview Street within the village be and it
hereby is disallowed.
