,I BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of

D 0 of the members elected thereto concurring:
I SECTION 1:
That on r1A '( IS"" ~ 1967, at 8:00 o'clock p. M. at
the Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed
amendment to the zoning ordinance (Ordinance No. 03-54) restricting the use
of land in the indistrial district lying within 300 feet of the North Fork of
Indian Run.
SECTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give notice of
said hearing as required by law.
