SETTING TIME AND PLA CE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dub1in~ state of
Ohio~ b of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1:
I That on IV/A Y / , 1967, at 8:00 p. M. at the Village

II Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed adoption of
subdivision rules and regulations.
SECTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give at least thtrly
days'! notice of the tim.e, place and purpOse of said public hearing in a news-
paper of general circulation in the Village.
