RESOLUTION NO. 04 - 6 7 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN. OHIO
SETTING TIME AND PLA CE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin. State of
Ohio. 6 of the members elected thereto concurring:
SECTION 1:
That on ApI:. II... 17 , 1967, at s: 00 o'clock P. M. at the
Village Municipal Building, a public hearing shall be held on the proposed
amendment to the zoning ordinance (Ordinance 03-54) establishing a new
commercial district.
SECTION 2:
II That the Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said
hearing as required by law.
