I SETTING TIME AND PLA CE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
D I BE IT RESOLVED by1he Council of the Village of Dublin) Sbate of Ohio,
I ~ of the members elected thereto concurring:
I SECTION 1 :

That on -A PR i L :3 , 1967# at ~o'clock p. M. a public
hearing shall be held at the Village Municipal Building on the proposed re-
zoning of the 106.025 acre tract located immediately west of the North Fork
of Indian Run and belonging to Harold A. Shriver and John L. McKitrick.
SECTION 2:
That the Clerk be and he is hereby directed to give notice of said
hearing as required by law.
