I RESOLUTION NO. 08-~ VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
REQUESTING THE STATE OF omo TO WIDEN
AND IMPROVE STATE ROUTE #161 BETWEEN
THE INTERSECTIONS THEREOF WITH INTER- i
STATE HIGHWAY #21:,0. IN THE VILLAGE OF i
C I DUBLIN AND INTERSTATE HIGHWAY #71.
.. WHEHEAS, it' has come to the attention of this council that
the State of Ohio is considering a proposal to widen and imprC?ve State
Route #161 between the intersections thereof with Interstate Highway
#270, in the Village of Dublin, and Interstate Highway #71; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this council that the State of
Ohio would consider the position of the Village of Dublin with respect
'" to the proposal in deciding whether or not to take such action; and
!
WHEREAS, this council is of the opinion that such widening
and improving of State Route #161 would benefit the Village of Dublin;
i now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
I State of Ohio, (0 the members elected thereto con-
curring:
'~ SECTION 1. That the State of Ohio be, and it hereby
~" is, requested by the Village of Dublin to widen and

improve State Route #161 between the intersections
I thereof with Interstate Highway #270 in the Village
of Dublin, and Interstate Highway #71.
SEeTI0N 2. That the Clerk be, and he hereby is,
directed to mail a copy of this resolution to the
Director of the Ohio Dep:a~ent of Highways.
