A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF
THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed their assessment of the available positions
on boards and commissions for terms beginning April 1, 2012 and has
completed the interviews of prospective candidates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Richard Taylor is hereby re- appointed to a four -year term on the
Planning and Zoning Commission and Victoria Newell is hereby appointed
to a four -year term on the Planning and Zoning Commission, such terms
expiring on March 31, 2016.
Section 2. Robert Dyas is hereby reappointed to a three -year term as the
Dublin Historical Society representative to the Architectural Review Board
and Robert Schisler is hereby reappointed to a three -year term as the Historic
Dublin merchant representative to the Architectural Review Board, such
terms expiring on March 31, 2015.
Section 3. Brett Page is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the
Board of Zoning Appeals and Jamie Zitesman is hereby appointed to a
three -year term on the Board of Zoning Appeals, such terms expiring on
March 31. 2015.
Section 4. Mindy Carr is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the
Community Services Advisory Commission, and Alvin Borromeo and
Laurie Kruppa are hereby appointed to three -year terms on the Community
Services Advisory Commission, such terms expiring on March 31, 2015.
Section 5. Megan Stevens and Todd Keiner are hereby appointed to three -
year terms on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, such terms
expiring on March 31, 2015.
Section 6. Troy Allen is hereby appointed to a three -year term as City
representative to the Board of the Dublin Convention and Visitors Bureau,
such term expiring on March 31, 2015.
Section 7. DeWayne Howard is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on
the Personnel Board of Review, such term expiring on March 31, 2015.
Section 8. David Cecutti is hereby reappointed to a three -year term as City
representative to the Board of Leadership Dublin, such term expiring on March
31, 2015.
Section 9. Deborah Graham Gibson is hereby appointed to a two -year term
as City representative to the Board of the Dublin Arts Council, such term
expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 10. Each of the above -named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
City Council.
Section 11. The members of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein
appointed shall receive compensation as established by City Council. The

other members appointed herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 12. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
