r!ock Grant Rules and Regulations; and desires to renew and ex-
tend its contract so as to participate in the program in fiscal
year 1977

NQ~, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAI~ED by the Counci I of the Vii lage of
Duhlin, State of Chio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Vi I lage of Dubl in does herehy enter into a I
I cooperation agreement with the Soard of Commissioners of Franklin
i
I County, Ohic to undertake planning and administrative activities, i
preparation of applications for urban county entitlement funds I
anu implementation of programs under the Act.
I 'ECTIC~ 2. That the Mayor of the Village of Duhlin is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the renewal and extension of
I +ha cooperation a8reement with the Board of Commissioners of
I ~rankl in County, Chic in substantially the same form as the pre-
I : ~:" ~ ~y exec~ted co~tract for. the fiscal year 1976. .

jectives; development of plans, programs and budgets; and
furnishing assurances and certifications.

SECTIC~ 5. That the \Iid-Jhic Regional Planning Commission is auth-
orized to act as the agent of Franklin County in planning,
administration, and overal I coordination of the urban co-
unty community development process.
SECTIC'\l 6. That the Vi Ilase of Dubl in hereby authorizes disbursement
of funds for the preparation of a community development
appl ication and related planning activities (not to ex-
ceed ten percent of the urban county entitlement grant)
to be reimbursed from entitlement funds contingent upon
avai labi I ity of funds and timely submission of the urban _
t county appl ication.
SECTIC~ 7. That the Assurances of Compl lance previously executed
and delivered hy tbe Vi I lage of Dublin, as the same may
\ he modified from time to time to meet HUD regulations,
shall remain In effect and are hereby incorporated into
and made a part of this cooperation agreement as if fully
rewritten herein.
