A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT
EQUALIZATION BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS
RELATIVE TO "IMPROVING CERTAIN STREETS
IN RIVER FOREST SUBDIVISION BY THE CON-
D STRUCTION OF WATER LINES AND APPURTEN-
ANCES"
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio:
SECTION I . That NormAn Dp.11 np.r , Me I Shaver
and Ear I Voe Iler , three disinterested freeholders of
said Village, be and they hereby are appointed to act as an
Assessment Equalization Board to hear and determine all timely
written objections to the estimated assessments heretofore
reported to the Council of the cost of "Improving Certain
Streets in River Forest Subdivision by the Construction of Water
li nes,and Appurtenances", and to equa I i ze the same as to them
[J seems proper, in accordance with the law and with Resolution
No. 35-76, adopted by the Council on the 6th. day of July, 1976.
SECTION 2. The board shall first meet for the above purpose
at 129 South High Street, on the 28tf-day of Sept. , 197.
at 8:00 P.M. and upon the completion of such equalization
shall report such equalization assessment to Council.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage. ~
