A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CLERK-TREASURER TO SIGN A
QUIT-CLAIM DEED RELEASING THE
(1 VILLAGE OF DUBLINt OHIOIS EASEMENT
OVER A TRACT OF LAND KNOWN AS 6000
RIVERSIDE DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dubl int Ohio,
that:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the Quit-Claim Deed, a
copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit 'WI and made a part
hereof, quit-claiming the Village's rights to an easement over a tract
\
of land known as 6000 Riverside Drive, said tract being more particularly
described in said Deed.
SECTI ON 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force from and
(] after the earliest period allowed by law.

Military Lands, also being a 77.51 acre tract as conveyed
to 6000 Riverside Drive, Ltd., by Deed Book 3269, page 192
(tracts 1 and 2), Franklin County, Ohio, Recorder's Of-
fice, and said permanent easement, 10 feet in width and
temporary easement 40 feet in width, being more particularly
bounded and described on Exhibit IIAII attached to said ease-
ment.
Prior Transfer: D. B. 3409, P.P.. 946, 947 and 948
and all tke Estate, Right, Title and 'nterest of the said grantor in and to said premises;
