A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING
$200.00 TO AND ESTABLISHING
AN UNDERCOVER NARCOTICS AND
~....... DANGEROUS DRUGS FUND THERE-
. . WITH FOR USE BY THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio, G.
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The sum of $200.00 be, and it is, hereby, appropri-
ated from the general fund to establish an undercover narcotics and danger-
ous drugs fund to be used by the Village of Dublin Pol ice Department.
SECTION 2. The Chief of Police is, hereby, entrusted with
said fund, to be used under his direction, and, he shall report the use
thereof to Council at least every Six (6) months.
SECTION 3. This Resolution be in force and take effect from
[].. ..... and after the earliest period allowed by law.
