A RESOLUTION DIRECTING BURGESS & NIPLE LIMITED TO PROCEED
WITH THE PREPARATI.ON OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ESTIMATES
OF COSTS FOR THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO, RIVER FOREST SUB-
DIVISION WATERLINE DISTRIBUTION SYSTE~.
G WHEREAS: Counc i I has by Resolution 25-76 declared the nec-
essity of issuing bonds for the construction of said Water
Distribution System and;
WHEREAS: it is the desire of the Council of the Vii lage of
Dublin to proceed with said project; and
WHEREAS: the Vi I lage of Dubl in currently has a contract with
Rurgess f.,. Niple Limited under the terms of which Rurgess &
Niple Limited has agrred to prepare the plans, specifications
and estimates of costs for said project;
NO\'l, THEREFORE, PE IT RESOLVED hy the Counci I of the V i I I age
of Duhlin, State of Ohio,~ of the members elected thereto
concurring:
SECTION I. That Purgess & Niple Limited he, and they herehy
are, directed to proceed with the preparation of plans, spec-
ifications and estimates of costs related to this water pro-
ject.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution be, and the same herehy IS,
U declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the Imm-
ediate preservation of the public peace, hea Ith, welfare and
safety for the reason that the River Forest Subdivision is
in real need of a water distribution system to protect the
peace, hea Ith, welfare and safety of these residents of the
