A CERTAIN EASEMENT FOR WIDENING VILLAGE

Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio, S
of the elected members concurring:
SECTI ON 1. That the certain easement for widening Village Rights
of Way which is hereto, marked, "Exhibit A", hereof, be and the same is
hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force
immedeately upon its passage.
