A RESOLUTION GRANTING THE SMITH AND
MOLER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY PERMISSION
TO CONSTRUCT A TEMPORARY FORCE MAIN
e SANITARY SEWER IN THE VILLAGE OF
DUBLIN'S RIGHT-OF-WAY
Be it RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublint Ohio
6 of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The Smith & Moler Development Company iSt hereby, granted
permission to construct a temporary force main sanitary sewer line
within the Village of Dubl inls Right-of-WaYt as set forth on Exhibit

Dear \.lr. Sheldon:
We agree to the fol lowing conditions placed on the private
force main.
I . To save the Vii lage free and harmless from any and al I
damages or claims for damages which may arise or grow
out of the construction of the force main and shall de-
fend at his own cost & expense any and al I suits for
the recovery of damages arising or growing out of the
construct i on.
2. To restore the land and to maintain the land for a per-
U iod of one year after construction.
3. The owner wi II operate and maintain the force main and
be responsible for any breaks and any problems result-
ing from freezing.
4. Provide detai led "As Built" drawing for Vi IIage records.
