A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING. CERTAIN
EASEMENts FOR SAN ITARY SEWERS
U Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio <-
of the elected members concurring:
SECT! ON 1. That the certain easements for sanitary sewers which
are hereto marked, "Exhibit A", l'Exhibit B11, l'Exhibit C", "Exhibit 0", and
"Exhibit E", hereof, be and the same are hereby approved and accepted.
SECT! ON 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
