A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE
SOLICITOR TO REPRESENT
[ VILLAGE OFFICIALS AND
EMPLOYEES.
Be it RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio,
to of the elected members thereof concurring that:
SECTION 1. The Village Solicitor be, and he is, hereby, authorized
and directed to represent any and/or all of the Village of Dublin's
elected officials, publ ic officials, or employees in any civil claim,
demand, action or cause of action arising out of or by reason of said
official's or employee's service to and for the Village.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be In force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
