A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A CERTAIN
EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS
O. I Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, "
. of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the certain easement for sanitary sewers which Is
hereto, marked, "Exhibit A", hereof, be and the same is hereby approved and
accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be in force
immediately upon Its passage.
