A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE
ADMINISTRATOR TO ENTER INTO NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE
WASHINGTON-PERRY TOWNSHIP FIREBOARD FOR THE PURPOSE
OF ESTABLISHING A WRITTEN CONTRACT FOR SAID FIRE-

ING AN EMERGENCY.
Be it ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio (, of the
elected members concurring, that:
SECTI ON I. The Village Administrator be, and he is, hereby, authorized
and directed to enter into negotiations with the Washington-Perry Township
Fireboard for the purpose of establ ishing a written contract for said Fire-
board to provide primary coverage for that portion of the Village of Dubl in,

An Emergency, and, when the terms of such agreement have been reached, to
submit the same to this Council for its acceptance and approval,
SECTION 2. This Resolution be, and it is, hereby, declared to be an
[] emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public

peace, health, and safety for the reason that said Fireboard is, currently,
responding to emergency s~tuations in the heretofore described portions of

the Village on a mutual ~ basis only, and that, therefore, this Resolution
shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its passage.
