OF CONST,RLJCT I NG SAN I TARY SEWERS, CERT I FY I NG THE SAME TO THE , .' BOARD OF ELECTIONS OF FRANKLIN COUNTY, OHIO, AND DECLARING ; AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, this Counil on the 19th day of January, 1976 duly adopted Resolution 4-76 providing for the submission to the electors of the Village of the question of issuing $ 400,000.00 of bonds for the purpose of construct ing sanitary sewers by the accquisition of real estate or ease- ments or other interests in real estate, and the construction of sewer lines and appurtenances, and of levying a tax to pro- vide for their payment at the primary election to be held on the 8th day of June, 1976; and WHEREAS, the Auditor of Franklin County has certified to this, Council that the average annual levy throughout the life of such bonds which would be required to pay the interest on and to retire the same, assuming that they are all issued in one series and that the amount of the tax list of this Village remains throughout the life of the bonds the same as the tax list for the current year, is' ,1 mills for each one dollar . of taxab I e va I uat i on, wh i ch amounts to , ()'l tf cents for C each one hundred dollars of taxable valuation. .. .,t NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, County of Franklin, and State of Ohio,~ of the members elected thereto concurring: SECTION I. That this Council hereby determines to proceed with the issuance of said bonds and the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to certify to the Board of Elections of Franklin Cou- nty, Ohio, Resolution No: afore$aid calling such election together with a copy of this Resolution, the amount of the average annual tax levy as estimated by the County Auditor, and the maximum number of years to retire said bonds, namely 30 years, to give notice of said election, and to prepare the necessary ba II ots;. supp lies therefor. ' SECTION 2.
