A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING CERTAIK EASEMENTS FOR SANITARY SEWERS
D Be it Resolved by the Council of the Village ot Dubl in, Ohio
six (6) of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the certain easement for sanitary sewers
which Is attached hereto, marked, "Exhiblt A", hereof, be and the same is
hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution take effect and be In force
Immediately upon its passage.
