A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION BOARD TO
HEAR OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE "WATER TRANSMISSION I MPROVE-
MENTS",~VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO.
0 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio:

SECTION I. AAcKL,,J
and CNIJ~ LE:s /tIA/tJ1> , three disinterested freeholders
of said Village, be and they hereby are appointed to act as
an assessment equalization board to hear and determine all
timely written objections to the estimated assessments here-
tofore reported to the Council of the cost of "Water frans-
mission Improvements" in the Village of Dublin, and to
equalize the same as to them seems proper, in accordance
with the law and with Resolution No: 24-75, adopted by
Village Council on June 2, 1975.
0 SECTION 2. The board shall first meet for the above
