A RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL PROPOSING TO COOPERATE WITH THE
DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION, STATE OF OHIO, IN THE STATE
PAVEMENT MARKING PROGRAM.
0 WHEREAS, the Village of Dublin desires to submit projects
for the "Pavement Marking Program":
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the
I Village of Dublin, State of Ohio~ of the elected menbers
concurring:
SECTION I. In the public interest, the improvements can
be made under the provisions of Chapter 5521 of the Ohio
Revised Code and Section 205 of the 1973 National Federal-
aid Highway Act, of all non-standard pavement markings on
roads and streets under the jurisdiction of the Village of
Dub I in, Ohi".
SECTION 2. The Village of Dublin does hereby agree to co-
operate with the Director of Transportation in sa i d i mp-
rovements by providing all information and accident data
as necessary to evaluate the improvements as required by
said Act.
SECTION 3. The Village Administrator is hereby empowered
and directed on behalf of the Village of Dublin to.enter
D into agreements with the Director of Transportation as
necessary to complete the planning and construction of
the se improvements.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed
