'- " - > EXHIBIT "A" DEED OF EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That DUBLIN ASSOCIATES and DUBLIN INN LTD., both Ohio general partnerships of the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, as owners of all fee and leasehold interests in the real prop- erty described herein, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) C and other good and valuable considerations to them paid by the Village of Dublin, Ohio, a municipal corporation, the receipt of which is' hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant and release to the said Village of Dublin, Ohio, its successors and assigns forever, an easement over and through the following-described real estate: Situate in the State of Ohio, County of Franklin, Village of Dublin, being located in Virginia Military Survey No. 2542, and being a strip of land ten'(IO) feet in width across part of Lot No.3 of "METROCENTER," as the plat of same is of record in Plat Book 55, Pages 8 and 9, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio, the centerline of said strip being described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly right-of-way line of Metro Place North (be~ng 60.0 feet in width), said point being located a chord bearing and distance of South 62045'22" W es t, 280.0 feet from the southeasterly corner of said Lot No . 3 , the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 2' , thence North 29030'00" West, 255.0 feet to the point of terminus. This Easement is granted for the purpose of constructing, using and main- taining a sanitary sewer and appurtenant works in any part of said strip, U including the right to clean, repair and care for the said sanitary sewer, together with the right of access to the said strip for the said purpose. TO HAVE A1~D TO HOLD, said premises unto said Grantee the Village of Dublin, Ohio, its successors and assigns forever, for the uses and purposes herein- before mentioned. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors herein, DUBLIN ASSOCIATES and DUBLIN INN LTD., both Ohio general partnerships, do hereby certify that said Ohio general partnerships are partnerships organized and existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Ohio, and that this Deed of Easement is executed pursuant to authority lawfully and regularly bestowed upon the General Partners executing same on behalf thereof.
