A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A NORTHWEST QUAD STUDY
AS PREPARED BY GODWIN-BOHM AND SUBMITTED TO
0 VILLAGE COUNCIL IN THE FINAL FORMAT ON
SEPTEMBER 4, 1980.
WHEREAS, Godwin-Bohm has completed, as contracted by the Village,
a Northwest Quad Study, and:
WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that said Study should be
adopted:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RES~VED, by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Northwest Quad Study as submitted to Village ~
Council on September 4, 1980 is hereby adopted} /iff '\ J t.neral C()l1C~fr f qll,
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
