RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO PERMIT THE DUBLIN COUNSELING
CENTER TO USE 5614 POST ROAD THROUGH 1988.
E WHEREAS, the North Area Mental Health and Retardation Services, Inc. current-
ly uses the building located at 5614 Post Road under the name Dublin Counsel-
ing Center; and
WHEREAS, it is the Village Council's intent to continue to support this
valuable and needed service to the citizens of Dublin;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the Dublin Counseling Center may continue to use the 5614
Post Road location for the next eight (8) years; i.e. through 1988, which
is the term of a operating cost grant recently awarded to said organization,
for various counseling and associated purposes.
SECTION 2. That such use of said location shall continue to be rent free,
~ however, the Dublin Counseling Center shall assume payment for all utility
costs.
SECTION 3. That prior to making any change to the exterior structure or to
interior configuration of the building, such changes shall be cleared and
approved by the Village Manager.
[] SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
