A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THREE (3) EASE-
S MENTS FOR BRIGHT ROAD BRIDGE REPAIRS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, 7
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the easement obtained from Hannah Alberta Pumphrey for I
Bright Road Bridge Repairs in the amount of $1,200.00, the easement ob-
tained from John B. and Helen M. Thomas in the amount of $750.00 and the
easement obtained from Lowell R. and Helen M. Quenemoen at no cost are
hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.

V SUBJECT: Easements for Bright Road Bridge Repairs
I have revised the Resolution to approve and accept the three (3) ease-
I ments required for this project. I have personally been involved in
obtaining said easements and the last one was not finalized until late
i Friday April 18, 1980. Emergency legislation is required so that we
: may proceed with this project at the earliest possible date.
