A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ACCEPT A DEDICATION
PLAT FROM SHEREX CHEMICAL COMPANY DEDICATING RIGHTS
m OF WAY ON RINGS ROAD (OLD) AND FRANTZ ,ROAD (EXTENDED).

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio,
of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the dedication of Rights of Way as delineated on the Attached
Dedication Plat marked Exhibit "A" and made an official part of this Resolu-
tion are hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Law Director is hereby directed to record said Plat after
being duly signed by proper Village Officials.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
