A RESOLUTION REQUIRING ACTION BY ALL COMMITTEES, BOARDS,
U ETC. TO ASSIST THE VILLAGE COUNCIL TO BETTER UNDERSTAND
THE DUTIES, OBLIGATIONS AND AUTHORITY OF SAID COMMITTEES,
BOARDS, ETC. AND TO HAVE EACH COMMITTEE, BOARD, ETC. EX-
PRESS ITS VIEWS OF THE FUTURE GROWTH OF THE VILLAGE ~
LATEn TO RES]DENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL GROWTH,
AND OPEN SPACE/RECREATION EXPANSION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Du.blin,SbJte of Ohio, -L
of th,e elected members concurring:
In view of pending expansion of RESIDENTIAL - COMMERCIAL - INDUSTRIAL and
OPEN SPACE/RECREATIONAL GROWTH it is imperative that Village Council, in
order to make decisions that will benefit the Community as a whole, be
assisted by, and obtain the views of, members of all Committees, Boards,
etc. who also have some responsibility in the aforementioned areas of pending
growth or expansion.
SECTION 1. Acting through the Chairperson, or by response from individual
members, all Committees, BoardS, etc. shall, to assist Council Members to r
better understand the duties, obligations and authority vested (in the inte:r-
pretation of said members) in said Committees, Boards, etc., submit written
materials to Village Council describing said duties, obligations and the
authority vested in their Committee, Board, etc.
SECTION 2. Acting through the Chairperson or by response from individual
() members, all Committees, Boards, etc. shall submit written materials to
I Village Council expressing their views on the future growth of Du.blin in the
aforementioned areas of growth or expansion.
SECTION 3. In order that Council have a better understanding of the operatio fl,
obligations and duties of the various Committees, Boards, etc. in the reason-
ably near future, said information shall be submitted to Council within
sixty (60) dqs after passage of this Resolution.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall take effeot and be in_'foroe immediatel y
upon its passage.
