A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPl'ING TWO (2)
CERTAIN EASEMENTS FOR SANITARY SDfERS.
,., BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, state of Ohio, to
1.1 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the certain easements for Bani tary Sewers from the Invernesl
Investment Company, legal descriptions for which are hereto attached marked
as Exhibit "An and Exhibit "!'I, are hereby approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution 'Shall take effect and be in force immedi-
ately upon its passage.

Situated in the State of Ohio, Franklin County, Washington Township, Village
of Dublin, being in the Virginia Military Survey #2542, being part of that
original tract of land conveyed to HOOSIER ENGINEERING COMPANY by deed of
record in Deed Book 2863, Page 208 and 211 (all references to Deed Books
and Page in this description refer to the records of the Recorder's Office,
Franklin County, Ohio), being 10.0 foot wide easement, the centerline of
which is described as follows:
0 Beginning for reference at a post in the southwest corner of said
Virginia Military Survey #2542, said post being also the south-
east corner of Virginia Military Survey #2999; thence,
S 870-37'-19" E., 512.93 feet along the south line of said Virginia
Military Survey #2542, said line being also the north line of
Virginia Military Survey #3011 to a point; thence, northerly
N 40-07'-13" W., parallel with and 5.0 feet easterly from (as
measured at right angles) the easterly line of the PROPRIETORS
INVESTMENT COMPANY, 2.355 acre tract, a distance of 360.42 feet,
(passing the northerly right-of-way line of SHIER-RINGS ROAD at
60.42 feet) to a point of deflection; thence, deflecting 210-00' -00"
to the left and continuing northerly N 160-52'-47" W., 22.64 feet to
a point on the easterly line of said 2.355 acre tract, said point
being also the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described 10.0
foot easement;
thence, from the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, continuing across the
northeasterly corner of the said 2.355 acre tract N 160-52'-47" W.,
73.17 feet to a point in the north line of said 2.355 acre tract,
said point being the terminal point of this herein described 10.0
foot easement,
