A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING '1'BE SUPPORT OF '!'HE
mBLIN VILLAGE COUNCIL TO THE COMPLETE COUNT
] COIOJI'l"l'EE, '!'HE BJREAU OF '1'BE CElSUS, .AND '1'BE
DBPARTMDfT OF COMMERCE IN '1'BE PREPARATION OF
THE 1980 cmSUS.
WHEREAS, the twentieth deoennial oensus of popu.lation and housing will
offioially begin on Tuesday, April 1, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the suocessful oompletion of said oensus is vi tal to the oontinua-
tion of fair and responsive government in the area of representation and
apportionment of funds;
ROW. 'r~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Counoil of the Village of Dublin.
State of Ohio, b of the eleoted members oonourring: '
SECTION 1. That the Counoil of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, being duly
appointed representatives of the oi tizens thereof, does hereby wish to ex-
press support of the Complete Count Committee. the Bureau of the Census,
and the United states Department of Commerce for the suooessful oompletion
of the 1980 oensus.
SECTION 2. That the Council does urge all residents of the Village of
Dublin to oooperate fully with the Bu.reau of the Census in the preparation
of the 1980 oensus.
{] SlX:TION 3. That the Clerk be and hereby' is instru.oted to reoord this
resolution in the appropriate record book and forward a duly oertified
copy to the U. S. Department of Commerce.
