A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE POLICE STUDY
AS PREPARED BY PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
~ SERVICES ENTITLED "IMPROVING POLICE
SERVICES IN DUBLIN. OHIO: PRESENT
AND FUTURE."
WHEREAS, considerable time, effort and Village funds were ex-
pended in preparing said Study; and
WHEREAS, said Study sets forth specific recommendations for .
Im-
provement of Police Services in the Village of Dublin, Ohio
pertaining to Personnel Management, Recruitment and Selection,
Performance Evaluations, Policy and Procedure Development,
Planning and Budgeting and Internal and External Communications:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. The Police Study as prepared by Public Administrat-
ion Services entitled "IMPROVING POLICE SERVICES IN DUBLIN, OHIO:
PRESENT AND FUTURE" is hereby adopted and specific recommenda-
tions cited in said Study shall begin to be instituted immediate-
ly upon its adopt ion.
~ SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
